Al Cudly receives lifetime achievement award. (June 16, 2011; Beaver Creak, CO) The Rocky Mountain Housing Association presented Al Cudly with the Hale Davenport Lifetime Achievment Award. Chief Custom Homes receives Modular Design Awards (May 10, 2011; AURORA, NE) The National Modular Housing Council and Manufactured Housing Institute have awarded Chief Custom Homes with two design awards.

The Schaeffer Residence is a single family home that overlooks the town of Telluride, Colorado. The project received the award for New Modular Home Design for homes over 2,200 square feet. Click here to access the Schaeffer Residence Photo Gallery.

The award for New Modular Multifamily or Duplex Design was presented to Chief Custom Homes for their Awarii Dunes design. Awarii Dunes includes a 130-160 unit residential development along with an 18 hole golf course. Click here to see information about the Awarri Dunes project.
