Wall Fastening
BonnaVilla's® unitized construction process requires all
interior walls to be fastened through the top and bottom plate
with #10 2 1/2" screws every 16 inches. While many of the
interior walls are not 100% load bearing, all of the walls have
a responsibility in the strength of your home. By fastening
all interior walls in this way the added precaution protects
against movement and should give you peace of mind.
